I wanted to share with you a short candidate that I found scanning the market. You can see that we have a bit of a head and shoulders pattern forming, but the most important thing is that we caught AF on a pullback that failed to make new highs.
This is a significant sign of weakness and is exactly what I described in my post on how to short successfully.
My advice would be to watch the market’s open tomorrow and see how the stock acts. After that it is up to you if you want to try your hand at shorting AF. Just make sure you watch it carefully and cut your losses quickly if AF turns around after you jump in.
