Stress Test: Bank Results to be Delayed

Bank of AmericaFirst off, here’s the link to read the story yourself.

So the US Treasury has completed a stress test of the 19 largest banks in America. Now that they have the results, they have decided to delay the release until after earnings come out this week so that they can “avoid complicating stock market reaction.”

Also, they are sure that some of the results will be announced, just not too sure on which details they want to share with the public. Their reasoning for this is because “the last thing Treasury wants to do is set off a panic.”

Now, I’m not a big analyzer of the rats on the hill, but it sure sounds to me like there might have been some big ole’ F’s on those tests. If you have been bullish ever since the market began this bear market rally, it might be a good idea to cash out and wait for more info.

As for me, I am liking my short on financials!
